ZINC RICH EPOXY PRIMER

A two component polyamide cured epoxy primer which incorporates a high level of finely divided zinc to provide excellent corrosion resistance as a shop or pre-weld primer to prevent corrosion on blast cleaned steel.

ETHYL ZINC SILICATE PRIMER

COAL TAR EPOXY FINISH

Apexior No. 1

Apexior 1 is a single component, easy to apply an air dry coating formulated to deal corrosion prevention with hot water on metal surfaces. It is resistant to continuous immersion in boiling water and steam from 95 oC to 540 oC.
It is ideal for,

  • On boiler drums, tubes
  • Water walls
  • Evaporators
  • Steam turbine casings
  • Water softeners in contact with hot water above 93 oC min

Apexior No. 3

Apexior 3 is a single component VOC complaint, easy to apply an air dry coating formulated to deal corrosion prevention with waterside on metal surfaces. It has an outstanding wetting properties & adheres well to power tooled clean metals. It can resist to continuous immersion in fresh or saline water as well as wet or high humidity environments. It is resistant to continuous immersion in boiling water and steam up to 93 oC.
